Hi {NAME}, Last week, far-right lawmakers Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar, and Matt Gaetz were planning the America First Caucus -- a group of far-right lawmakers in Congress that professed to be dedicated to supporting “uniquely Anglo-Saxon political traditions.” This xenophobic and nativist caucus called to suspend immigration in its founding document, claiming that “societal trust and political unity are threatened when foreign citizens are imported en-masse” and saying that the United States should be “weeding out” those who continue to engage with their culture and traditions instead of “plunging headfirst into mainstream American society.” Greene, Gosar, and Gaetz have put the brakes on their despicable caucus for now -- but these racist reps still hold seats in Congress, and they've made their true feelings on immigrant communities all too clear. We can't allow this white supremacist rhetoric to flourish in our government. That's why we're dedicated to fighting xenophobia in our legislature and electing AAPI officials to Congress, so our government can look more like the people it serves. {NAME}, we need to vote out these racist reps in 2022, support AAPI candidates for office, and take a stand to show that immigrant communities are the heart of our country. Our efforts would be greatly amplified with your help -- and we're still $1,564 short of our daily fundraising goal. [Will you rush us $10, $25, or anything you can right now?](/BsOe6_wnppNi-GkxDN_Bo6GiU0XkQDen-hgBHeaEBQ8=?refcode=ASP_20210422_GEN_FDR_H) If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [DONATE $10](/BsOe6_wnppNi-GkxDN_Bo6GiU0XkQDen-hgBHeaEBQ8=?refcode=ASP_20210422_GEN_FDR_H&express_lane=true&amount=10) [DONATE $25](/BsOe6_wnppNi-GkxDN_Bo6GiU0XkQDen-hgBHeaEBQ8=?refcode=ASP_20210422_GEN_FDR_H&express_lane=true&amount=25) [DONATE $50](/BsOe6_wnppNi-GkxDN_Bo6GiU0XkQDen-hgBHeaEBQ8=?refcode=ASP_20210422_GEN_FDR_H&express_lane=true&amount=50) [DONATE $100](/BsOe6_wnppNi-GkxDN_Bo6GiU0XkQDen-hgBHeaEBQ8=?refcode=ASP_20210422_GEN_FDR_H&express_lane=true&amount=100) [DONATE $500](/BsOe6_wnppNi-GkxDN_Bo6GiU0XkQDen-hgBHeaEBQ8=?refcode=ASP_20210422_GEN_FDR_H&express_lane=true&amount=500) [DONATE OTHER](/BsOe6_wnppNi-GkxDN_Bo6GiU0XkQDen-hgBHeaEBQ8=?refcode=ASP_20210422_GEN_FDR_H) Thank you so much for taking a stand against racism and xenophobia.
