Federal judge rebukes Trump admin over DACA

Judge Garaufis was furious with how U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Deputy Director Joseph Edlow undermined the high court by saying their decision to protect DACA “has no basis in law.” The Supreme Court interprets the law -- not Donald Trump or his cronies.
