[Breaking News]( [Nearly 90 Dogs Being Rescued]( BREAKING: We are currently assisting the Pepin County Sheriff’s Office with the rescue of nearly 90 dogs and puppies from a breeding operation. The dogs, all varying breeds and sizes including puppies and pregnant dogs, were found living on a property in unsanitary conditions. [Some of the animals had dirty coats and appeared to be suffering from untreated medical issues, requiring immediate veterinary treatment.]( Several equines, including two horses and five donkeys, were also found on the property. [Donate]( Following their removal, we are relocating the dogs to an ASPCA recovery center where they can be further assessed and treated by our staff.
