Our review of the year, 2024 preview and a great donation sale

Our well-balanced mix of battle-tested programs and exciting new creations evidently struck a chord with our customers. One of those new products, Ashampoo Privacy Inspector, even turned out to be a smash hit. 2023 was also the first year after a long time our staff went on a trip together to the Baltic Sea and rejuvenated their team spirit–partying included, of course! Our website received a fresh coat of paint, and a welcome technological overhaul under the hood, and Ashampoo Connect also received a feature boost–little surprise, as our fledgling software hub will be morphing into a veritable second foothold in the fast-paced software market in 2024. Meanwhile, our support team has processed over 120,000 requests from all corners of the world–with a success rate of a whopping 92%, kudos! We must be doing something right, because our ratings on Trustpilot point in a similar direction. Thank you very much for that! [Happy New Year]( Naturally, we couldn't have pulled off all of our projects without fresh new blood. Luckily, we were able to welcome a number of, technically and socially, greatly skilled new colleagues that seamlessly integrated themselves into our existing teams. We promise, we'll keep building our, and your "Home of Software" in 2024. As for 2023, here's to this year's Ashampoo newcomers: [Happy New Year]( Our 2024 schedule is already filled to the brim, yet there's always room for small innovative new ideas. 2024 will see new versions of classics, like WinOptimizer, Backup Pro, and (finally!) Photo Commander. But we'll also venture into the realm of artificial intelligence with AI Assistant, and help our users better manage their finances with Money Pro, and their photos with Ashampoo Photos. We're planning to release at least one new product per month, so we've got our work cut out! We're immensely grateful we've made it through another year, and with a healthy team. The continuing, in same cases decade-long, loyalty of our customers is anything but a given in our always changing line of work, and we'll be celebrating 25 years of "Software Made in Germany" next year, all thanks to our customers! We promise we'll continue to offer high-quality software at fair prices in 2024!
