Dear Reader, This past November, in our home state of Maryland, over 65% of voters voted in favor of a referendum to legalize recreational use of cannabis. This summer, on July 1st when the law goes into effect, Maryland will become the 20th state in the U.S. to have legalized reefer. If you walk down the street in Baltimore these days, you'd think it was already legal. The city has de-facto decriminalized possession and as long as you aren't blowing smoke rings in a cops face, you are pretty much good to go. (That's if you can even find a cop willing to get out of his car).
