from the desk of the CEO From the Desk of the CEO Dear Reader, "What a bunch of kooks!" This was a comment on our founder's [latest YouTube video]( unveiling his recent contraversial prediction. "Your Bitcoin wet dreams are a manifestation of your narcissism." That was another zinger. We can't help but chuckle about these around the office. You see, our boldest predictions are always met with the most resistence... and the most criticism. Back in 2007, CNBC called us "PEAK FREAKS" as we took to their airwaves to talk about how the world was running out of cheap oil. While they called us "freaks" ... we helped our subscribers to triple digit gains on oil stocks as oil ran up to $147 a barrel in 2008. If that's what "freaks" do - we are the freakiest!!!! The Return of the Peak Freak? We might be dusting off our old Peak Freak t-shirts here in a bit... Because while advanced fracking technology helped the U.S. eventually become the world's largest oil producer.... (until recently) ... this latest crunch won't be solved with technology. The policies of the far left "greenies" have brainwashed not only the current U.S. administration but governments around the world into a sort of "political peak oil". Years and years of vilifying the oil and gas industry have lead to massive under-investment by the oil companies and this isn't something even a new administration will solve. The political risk of exploring and producing more oil is just too great now, so oil companies and their shareholders are content sitting on their current stash — collecting fat checks. Our resident oil & gas expert Keith Kohl (who've I've known for over 15 years now) is calling it "[The Last Oil Boom](" and he thinks this time around will make the 300%+ gains he delivered a decade ago look like Joe Biden riding a bicycle.
