When pot’s long journey – from public menace, to hippie obsession, to medicine, to safe, legal, recreational indulgence – is complete, April 10, 2017 will stand out in the history books. You Have Until MONDAY (I’m Not Kidding) [Jason Simpkins Photo] By [Jason Simpkins]( Written Friday, April 7, 2017 As you probably know, we’ve been talking about marijuana a lot these past few weeks. And for good reason. This is the best new industry to be a part of. It’s like the railroad boom, the TV revolution, Internet stocks in the 90s… I could go on. Rarely do investors get a ground-floor opportunity like this. And when pot’s long journey — from public menace, to hippie obsession, to medicine, to safe, legal, recreational indulgence — is complete, April 10, 2017 will stand out in the history books. That’s because Monday is the day that Canada will officially tie the knot with cannabis. The Canadian Parliament will convene for its first spring session. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will walk to the podium. And in one fell swoop, he’ll declare the end of marijuana prohibition throughout Canada. Just like that,[the doors to the $200 billion pot market will be blown off the hinges](. Within 24 hours... - Some 200 marijuana stores will open. - More than $2 million in taxes will be generated. - And pot stocks will skyrocket. Indeed, April 10 is the day we’ve all been waiting for. In fact, it’s such an important announcement that the government moved it up by 10 days. Originally, it was scheduled for April 20. But it’s coming early because word has spread. And the stock run has already started. Advertisement [A Reclusive Financial Forecaster Is Out With A Shocking Discovery]( He’s authorized me — and only me — to share five charts with the public that show Wall Street is about to crash 73%. This man has made more correct forecasts than anyone in the business — starting all the way back in the 1960s. Today’s “gurus” look to him for guidance. He’s called everything from the stagflation in the 1970s... to the rise of Islamic terrorism... to the real estate and market implosion of 2007. But he’s calling this “the most disturbing market forecast I’ve made in 50 years.” [You’ll meet him right here.]( When word of Canada’s plan first leaked, pot stocks soared up the charts. Aurora Cannabis (OTC: ACBFF) jumped 10% and Canopy Growth Corp. (TSE: WEED) shot up 11%. And that’s just the beginning, the very beginning. You see, Canada’s legal marijuana sector is still in its infancy. The industry barely existed last year, and yet, it’s going to be worth $22 billion just three years from now... [mm-launch-canada]Analysts widely expect the fledgling market to top all forms of alcohol sales within a matter of years. Imagine that. Imagine buying into Anheuser-Busch before the end of Prohibition. That’s what this is like — maybe even bigger. Canada is now the world’s pot capital. It could be to marijuana what France is to wine, Germany is to cars, and Asia is to electronics. And because marijuana will be legal at the federal level, Canada will be the marijuana investment capital of the world, too. Not only is Canada home to some of the world’s best early-start cannabis stocks, it’s also launched the world’s first marijuana ETF. The Horizons Medical Marijuana Life Sciences ETF (TSE: HMMJ) began trading Wednesday. The ETF holds 14 stocks, 10 of which are based in Canada. As such, it offers a way to invest without taking on individual company risk. I’m confident it will do very well in the years ahead. However, the gains of individual companies will be much greater. We’re looking at companies that will surge by thousands of percent. Just consider that roughly $150 billion is spent illegally on cannabis every year. As more countries legalize weed, the better these stocks will do. In the United States, for example, cannabis sales topped $6.7 billion in 2016, a 25% increase from 2015. And as I noted last week, Canada’s legalization of the drug is likely to hasten the U.S. legalization process. Advertisement Why Government Insiders Are Buying Cannabis The government is set to make a historic April 10 announcement on legal cannabis... In anticipation, politicians are buying marijuana and already making fortunes! One former presidential candidate saw 2,500% gains on cannabis. Even billionaire insiders like Trump confidant Peter Thiel are loading up on marijuana in the millions! But the biggest fortunes will go to everyday Americans who buy select pot stocks. You just need to move immediately — and buy the right companies. [Click here to get started.]( Colorado, Washington, and Oregon are already raking in hundreds of billions of dollars in tax revenue thanks to legalization, turning other states green with envy. Imagine how the U.S. government is going to feel once it sees all the money pouring into Canada. And when the U.S. finally turns on the issue, we’re going to really see some fireworks. That’s why it’s so important that investors get in now. You can’t wait on the sidelines any longer. The dominoes are falling. You may be thinking: “I don’t really know anything about marijuana or marijuana companies… What should I do?” But there’s an easy answer for that: [Sign up for The Marijuana Manifesto](. Our analyst, Jimmy Mengel, is the best in the business. He’s been out in front of this budding industry since the very beginning. He’s toured marijuana grow houses and retail facilities throughout the United States and Canada. He recommended a marijuana treatment company, and sold the stock for a 93% gain in seven months. He recommended a Canadian marijuana delivery company that handed out a 73% gain in the same amount of time. And he, and his readers, are still sitting on a pot stock that booked a 380% gain in just three months. So if you’re serious about investing in pot stocks [sign up for The Marijuana Manifesto](.
