After we saw the news, we wondered whether we should still go ahead â or delay sending this. We decided that âdelayâ is the last thing we can do when it comes to gun violence. After every heart-rending incident of gun violence, Republicans offer their thoughts and prayers â and say it's âtoo soonâ after the tragedy to talk about gun safety laws. We all know thatâs just a code word for ânever.â We live in a country where the vast majority of Americans want gun safety legislation, and yet there were more mass shootings than days in 2023. We need to elect Democrats who donât just say the right words at election time, but have a track record of fighting against gun violence and making real progress. Thatâs why it is so important that Andrei is one of only four candidates for Congress in all of America to be endorsed by the Brady PAC against gun violence.
