It will take action, not just words, to protect our rights from extremists like David Schweikert [Paid for by Andrei for Arizona]( Robert – Today marks the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade, where the Supreme Court recognized a woman’s constitutional right to have an abortion. And, if you’re anything like me, today your inbox is overflowing with Democrats running for office promising to fight to restore abortion rights for American women. That’s a good thing. It means Democrats are united in this work. But, as the old saying goes, “If you want to know where someone is going, look at where they’ve been.” The fight to protect abortion rights didn’t start last year. From George W. Bush to John McCain to Mitt Romney to Donald Trump, Republican presidential candidates told us exactly what they would do: appoint Supreme Court justices who would overturn Roe v. Wade and push for a Constitutional amendment to ban abortion. And I fought them every step of the way. Arizona Republican Governor Jan Brewer signed what Planned Parenthood called the “most extreme abortion ban in the United States.” And as Chair of the Arizona Democratic Party, I helped lead the fight against her. If Democrats are going to win the fight for reproductive freedom, we need leaders who have fought against the Republican politicians who appointed and voted for the Supreme Court Justices who overturned Roe v. Wade – not those who were AWOL or even on the other side. For me, the fight to protect the assault on women’s rights to control their own bodies isn’t a new one. It’s been a fight I’ve been waging for decades. [Will you join me in the fight to protect access to abortion in Arizona and around the country? Your contribution will directly impact our ability to effect positive change and uphold reproductive rights.]( My opponent, David Schweikert, has made opposition to reproductive rights a core crusade during his time in Congress. - ❌ He is pushing a bill to ban abortion nationwide with no exceptions; - ❌ He voted against the right to contraception; - ❌ He even voted to allow states to prosecute women traveling out of state to receive an abortion. We must fight back. If elected to serve in Congress, I’ll take immediate action to enshrine the right to reproductive health care into law once and for all. That’s what I did as a CEO when, in the wake of the ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, I ensured that our employees would have access to reproductive health services no matter where in America they lived. But, I cannot protect abortion access alone. I need your support. [We’re gearing up to fight to protect abortion rights for women in Arizona and across the county, but we need your help to do it. Will you chip in to my campaign for Congress to help protect reproductive rights and stop partisan extremists like David Schweikert from taking our rights?]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [CHIP IN $10 NOW]( [CHIP IN $25 NOW]( [CHIP IN $50 NOW]( [CHIP IN $100 NOW]( [CHIP IN $250 NOW]( [ANOTHER AMOUNT]( In your service, Andrei Andrei for Arizona PO Box 26058 Phoenix, AZ 85068 United States [ANDREIFORARIZONA.COM]( | info@andreiforarizona.com Paid for by Andrei for Arizona Andrei Cherny is a former member of the U.S. Navy Reserves.
