Since the beginning of this race, weâve been blown away by the grassroots support, and thanks to you, weâre running a record-breaking campaign to take back the House. I sometimes worry that in the seemingly endless flurry of emails, especially right before the FEC deadline, it is easy to forget what this is all about. This campaign is not about who can raise the most money. This campaign is about fighting for the future of our democracy. The coming months will be a sprint as we race to defeat my extremist opponent, David Schweikert. As weâve said from the start, no district in the country is more consequential than AZ-01. This is the battleground district in the battleground state of 2024, and itâs our job to ensure we keep this district out of the hands of Donald Trump and David Schweikert.
