She does this through her advocacy group, [Citizen SHE United.]( Nia is also a part of the current [Renegade Accelerator]( program. Citizen SHE was recently awarded $300,000 from the Lucille Packard Foundation! We're so proud to learn from and witness the positive impact you’re making, Nia.    Renegade Spotlight Jen Gumbel is an estate planning and probate attorney. She is also a member of this summer's [Renegade Accelerator]( program. During our Brand Essence exercise, the women in the program work on articulating their answer to the question "what do you do?" Jen's goal was to explain her work organizing others' afterlives in a way that wasn't so intimidating. After receiving feedback from other Renegades, Jen landed on this Brand Essence statement: "I teach how estate planning works, so you can avoid a mess."
