Northern Floridaâs answer to key lime pie calls for the tart juice of fruit found in the region (though not native, we learned). One bite of this pie sent us into the test kitchen to develop a version that would work in the rest of the country. The perfect citrus blend combines frozen orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, and zest. The crust, made from crushed animal crackers, is crisp and not-too-sweet.
