Update: Your support from Israel and Gaza to Ukraine, Türkiye, Syria and beyond [Americares]( [Support our emergency response efforts around the world. Make a gift.]( Hi Friend, As the director of international emergency response, I wanted to provide you with an update on our ongoing efforts in Israel, Gaza, Ukraine, Türkiye and Syria. But first, I have to ask for your help in supporting our vital work whenever disaster strikes: [Please, will you make a donation of $125 or more today to help us ensure our continued ability to provide urgent medical care and support to those impacted by poverty and disaster?]( [Make a Gift]( Israel and Gaza: An Americares shipment of essential medicines and medical supplies designed to treat 100,000 people for three months arrived in Gaza on Nov. 28, following an earlier shipment we funded that arrived on Nov. 3. As we plan more shipments, we’re also working with partners with staff on the ground in both Israel and Gaza to increase access to essential supplies, medicines, equipment and mental health support for frontline health care providers and survivors – including the 1.8 million people who have been displaced. Ukraine: During nearly two years of war, we have provided over $117 million in aid – including critical medical supplies and trauma response training. Our work continues thanks to your support for the millions of people who have been affected by the hostilities across Ukraine. Türkiye and Syria: Our teams delivered lifesaving medicines, surgical supplies and wound care within three days of the first in a series of devastating earthquakes that destroyed communities in Türkiye and Syria. With your ongoing support, we have also helped establish a fully staffed health clinic in Northern Syria for survivors and displaced individuals. As we approach the end of the year, we rely on the generous support of individuals like you to sustain our mission. [So please, will you make a gift of $125 or more today? Your donation, no matter the size, has a significant impact and allows us to continue saving lives and improving the health of people in crisis around the world.]( [Make a Gift]( On behalf of the entire Americares team and the communities we serve, thank you for your continued support. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.
