But one day, a Planned Parenthood escort got in his young son's face, ridiculing him and his father in very vulgar and aggressive ways. Mark defended his son by shoving the escort away after having repeatedly asked him to stop the abuse. The escort wanted him prosecuted for assault and battery for shoving him away from Mark's young son, but the District Court of Philadelphia threw out the case.
