It really does. Iâve been on the road for months, crisscrossing the state. All the while, my kids are texting me, asking me when Iâll be home. But the truth is this: Iâm not running for office for the status. Iâd prefer to lead a private life, raise my kids, and go out on a date with my wife every once in a while. Iâm not running for office for the money. Iâm a successful small businessman and would be better off financially if I didnât run for anything. And Iâm not running for office because itâs fun or easy. Running for office is one of the hardest things Iâve ever had to do â since I launched my campaign Iâve had to watch my kids grow up a lot without me. But our country needs leaders who know what it means to sacrifice. And Iâm running for Senate to fill that void. Iâm on a mission to bring a new generation of Conservative leadership to the U.S. Senate â and put an END to the limp-wristed insanity of the Biden/Schumer regime.
