In an amended complaint filed in federal court in Mississippi on Tuesday, Brooks’ lawyers publicized the accuser’s name. And in another filing, they said that Brooks “is the victim of a shakedown” and that the woman “flouted” the authority of a judge in a related case. The woman’s attorneys, Douglas Wigdor, Jeanne Christensen and Hayley Baker, said in a statement that they “will be moving for maximum sanctions” against Brooks immediately...
