Bidenomics has been terrible for the everyday American. ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ Friend, Bidenomics has been terrible for the everyday American. All it has brought us is – - Rapid inflation due to the printing of money and rampant federal overspending. - Record amounts of household credit card debt. - Families falling behind on their car and house payments, along with rising interest rates. This is a far cry from where we were when the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) provided a much-needed boost to the economy. But don’t worry, all is not lost. The National Taxpayers Union-backed Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act (TRAFWA) will help taxpayers by cementing and expanding upon the legacy of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that President Trump signed into law in 2017. I am Al Canata, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at the National Taxpayers Union (NTU). I’ll tell you more about the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act shortly, but first, I need your support in this urgent matter. The bipartisan Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act passed the House and is currently up for consideration in the Senate! [Now, I need your help to convince the Senate to pass this bill and win another victory for taxpayers. My goal is to raise $20,000 this month to support our efforts. Unemployment went down while 401(k) balances and small business confidence went up! Fast forward to today. Voters are saying economic worries are their top issue, businesses are cutting jobs in swathes, and President Biden is increasingly vulnerable on his pro-special interest, heavy regulation Bidenomics agenda. The Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act will keep some of the most critical tax provisions working to boost investment and productivity across the economy. These broad-based pro-growth and pro-family provisions represent an antidote to the hundreds of billions in special-interest tax breaks that characterized the alternative energy giveaways in Biden’s signature Inflation Reduction Act. Your generous support will help NTU’s lobbying efforts in Congress to pass the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act. Click below to donate today. If Congress rejects these tax provisions now, it could make future tax negotiations far more challenging for Republicans. Rejecting this potential signature win so close to the finish line diminishes the Trump tax cuts’ potential reauthorization prospects in 2025 and will harm families, businesses, and the economy. We’re working with members of Congress to pass the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act and give taxpayers like you the relief they desperately need. Will you help us win another victory for taxpayers in Washington? Please click below to donate and help NTU pass the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act.
