Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 [] January 18, 2023 [] Reader, When you walk into any grocery store, itâs almost impossible to figure out the difference between real food and fake âFrankenfood.â But a new ârevolutionâ in food technology is making it even harder â and much more dangerous. Iâm talking about Big Agraâs use of mRNA gene therapy to alter the genes of the livestock that could end up on your dinner plate. Meat from these vaccinated animals has already begun to enter the global food supply. Of course, we all know that vaccines using mRNA are relatively new. They contain genetic material â âmessenger RNAâ â that carries instructions on how to make a specific protein. This protein causes an immune response, which then teaches the body to produce antibodies against it. It's the same technology that was used to create the Covid vaccine. But hereâs the problem⦠To date, there have been ZERO studies done on the side effects of humans eating animals that have been vaccinated with an mRNA vaccine. We donât even know if the virus can pass to humans who consume dairy or meat products from an mRNA-vaccinated animal! That means the risk is completely unknown. Vaccines that contain the virus messenger RNA are already used on several American pig farms â not to mention theyâre in pork that has been imported into the U.S. The purpose is to combat swine flu, which spreads like wildfire through the cramped confines of industrial pig factories. Shrimp farms have also started using mRNA in their animals. The first batch of mRNA-vaccinated shrimp is expected to reach U.S. shores by early 2024. Cattle are most likely the next target. Multibillion-dollar research programs are now underway in America to test the effectiveness and animal safety of mRNA vaccines for use at U.S. cattle ranches. And while no mRNA vaccines are currently licensed for use in U.S.-raised cattle, America imports more and more beef from countries around the world, including those that are now considering mRNA vaccines â like Brazil and Australia.1 To avoid viruses making their way to your dinner plate, I recommend making sure you buy grass-fed, organic red meat, eggs from cage-free and pastured hens, and wild-caught fish. You see, when animals are pastured and raised humanely, there is NO NEED to vaccinate them. Industrialized practices that keep industrialized animals confined and drugged have nothing to do with your health and everything to do with massive profit margins. Shop Smart For The Healthiest Foods For Your Family When you eat an industrialized animal, youâre eating a sick animal. Hereâs what I recommend instead⦠- Shop from a regenerative farm. Imagine a farm that doesnât just house cattle in cages, but allows for crops, livestock, and all other living things to thrive naturally, while improving the soil with each passing year. Livestock on regenerative farms are more than just meat and dairy producers. Theyâre biodiversity boosters, encouraging plant growth and recycling nutrients back into the soil. When you choose regenerative, you're getting a product that's the result of farming with the earth, not against it. Youâre getting a taste of the wild, open pastures and the deep, rich soils that give back to Mother Nature as much as they take. Next time youâre shopping, keep an eye out for key terms that show your food isnât coming from a factory farm. - âGrass-fed and grass-finishedâ ensures animals ate a natural diet their whole lives and were never âfattened upâ with grain. - "Organicâ signifies avoidance of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. - âBiodynamicâ farming goes even further, treating farms as closed, self-nourishing systems. - If you canât buy from a local farm, order your meat online. For a list of farms that only raise grass-fed and finished meat, check out these two websites: [American Grassfed](1770d7/ct2_0/1/lu?sid=TV2%3ASipWA7qYE), [Eat Wild](1770d7/ct3_0/1/lu?sid=TV2%3ASipWA7qYE), and [A Greener World](1770d7/ct4_0/1/lu?sid=TV2%3ASipWA7qYE). To order online, I suggest these sites: - [US Wellness Meats](1770d7/ct5_0/1/lu?sid=TV2%3ASipWA7qYE). I know the owner John Woods and I trust his products. - [Polyface Farms](1770d7/ct6_0/1/lu?sid=TV2%3ASipWA7qYE). The food from my friend Joel Salatinâs farm isnât just healthier, it tastes a heck of a lot better. - [Okeechobee Farms](1770d7/ct7_0/1/lu?sid=TV2%3ASipWA7qYE). This farm is not too far from my clinic. They make and deliver the homemade bone broth I offer all my patients.
