He had a big beer belly and man boobs. He was constantly forgetting things and felt tired all the time. But none of these things were what prompted him to come to my clinic. His primary concern: He had no interest in sex with his wife. I could feel the heartbreak in his words. My patient had been to a men’s clinic. They started him on testosterone, and it worked like a charm at first. But after a while, his problems came back – worse than ever. He told me, “If testosterone shots don’t work, what hope is there?” I knew what his problem was and how to fix it... First, he had to give up the T injections that were causing the awful side effects he’d never been warned about. Then I started my patient on a therapy I’ve been using for more than two decades. I developed it to help men recover from hormone-related problems like his. Within a few weeks of treatment, my patient was losing weight. He felt more energetic and alert. And best of all, his desire for his wife returned. Within six months, he’d regained his confidence, his manhood, and his life. The reason I tell this story is because my patient is hardly alone. The low-T craze began in earnest in 1995. That’s when the FDA approved a testosterone patch. Soon after, billions of prescriptions were written, and thousands of low-T clinics cropped up across America. Prescriptions for T were handed out by doctors who never even saw the patients coming to their clinics. Doctors don’t understand that if you keep giving men testosterone, two things happen: - Your body shuts down its own production of testosterone. When this occurs, your testicles shrink because they’ve stopped producing testosterone. Red blood cell and hemoglobin levels can also increase with testosterone therapy, which can cause blood clotting and lead to strokes or heart attacks. - Your body converts excess testosterone into an estrogenic hormone called estradiol. This can trigger the feminizing effects men take testosterone to avoid – including belly fat, man breasts, shrinking testicles, erectile dysfunction, and a low sex drive. But that’s not all. Your body also converts excess testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). High also DHT raises estrogen. It’s also behind male pattern baldness. Super low T levels aren’t natural I’m sure you’ve heard that low T is just a part of aging. But the declines we see today aren’t natural. There’s something else going on... Our toxic, modern environment has thrown your hormone system out of whack, and it’s robbing you of your masculinity. Your ancestors didn’t have this problem. They ate a high-protein, low-carb diet that kept their hormones balanced. But a high-carb diet loaded with refined sugars, starches, and other toxic stimulates an essential enzyme called aromatase that converts testosterone in men into estradiol. Men do need some estradiol. A balance between the two keeps your brain sharp and encourages strong bones and a better mood. But too much causes testosterone to drop. Along with an unnatural diet, there are also thousands of man-made chemicals and pollutants that threaten your manhood every day. Some of the worst toxins we face are xenoestrogens. These hormone disruptors leach into the foods you eat and the water you drink. They’re also used in nearly every product you can think of. Reclaim your manhood in a few simple steps I helped my patient regain his manhood using a protocol we’ve spent decades finetuning at the Sears Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine. First, you need to stop synthetic T injections. Second, you need to return to a native diet. And third, limit your use of products that contain estrogen-mimicking chemicals. But there are natural therapies you can use to take control of your testosterone. - Flush excess estrogen with plant compounds. Indole-3 carbinol (I3C) is a special compound found in cruciferous vegetables such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cauliflower. Your body converts I3C into diindolylmethane (DIM). The I3C/DIM combo converts estrogen into harmless compounds your body easily excretes. I recommend 100 mg a day of I3C and DIM. - Control estradiol levels. To control your estradiol level, you need to control your body’s production of aromatase. I do this with an herbal mix called berberine. It’s a plant phytonutrient extracted from medicinal herbs like barberry. Studies show that berberine binds to aromatase and prevents it from getting out of control.1 I recommend between 1,000 mg to 1,500 mg of berberine a day. - Boost T with D. Vitamin D is critical for the synthesis of testosterone. One study found that men with higher vitamin D had more testosterone and lower levels of sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG). SHBG binds to hormones, so your cells can’t use them. If you have too much, testosterone levels drop.2 Men with vitamin D deficiency had lower testosterone and higher SHBG levels. Another study found that men over the age of 65 who supplement with vitamin D were less likely to have low testosterone levels than men who didn’t supplement.3 I recommend getting between 5,000 and 10,000 IU of cholecalciferol vitamin D daily. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
