The new default interface starting Oct 13 >> [View this email online]( [logo algolia]() Hi there, We’re excited to let you know that we are going to release an updated version of the Algolia Dashboard Navigation on October 13th. We’ve updated the navigation to help you more easily move through the Algolia dashboard and work more efficiently. [image_new-dashboard-overview-page.png] Dashboard improvements When it comes to navigating on the dashboard, we’ve made some changes to help you quickly find what you need. We’ve given each product its own place in the navigation. It’s a small shift in the way you interact with the dashboard, but it allows you to find more product-specific features when you need them. If you’re using Recommend, you’ll only see features that are relevant to Recommend. The same goes for Search. Feature groups We arranged the features in groups based on their functionality. For each product, the features are grouped more intuitively. For example, in Search you’ll find groups called Configure, Observe, and Enhance. [image_new-dashboard-enhance-sidebar.png] As you can see in the screenshot above, Enhance groups the ways you can improve relevance. Configure is where you can do things like add an index or make query suggestions. In Observe, you can check the search analytics or launch an A/B test. A better Overview page These aren’t the only updates. The final thing we want you to know about is our revamped Overview page. Now you’ll have a bird’s-eye view of everything you do in Algolia, not just Search. We’ve added quick links for the actions you’ll need most. And what you see now is just the first step—we’re planning to make this page even more useful for you. More updates are coming If you’d like to try the new navigation out early, you can switch over to the beta version in just two clicks. Simply find your avatar in the left sidebar, and then select the “Beta Interface” toggle. On October 13th, we’ll be moving everyone over to the new navigation. [gif_new-dashboard-navigation.gif] Stay tuned, as lots of great product updates are coming, too. It’s an exciting time for us, and we’re glad you’re here for it! Sincerely, Team Algolia P.S.
