[View this email online]( [logo algolia]( Dear Customers, As the global impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, both our customers’ success and employees’ well-being are paramount. We recognize that our service is mission critical to your business success and providing best-in-class service to our customers is our top priority. Our service is designed for high availability with a factor 3 redundancy and we do not expect any service disruptions due to COVID-19 to our customers globally. We are actively monitoring new developments and will share relevant updates with our customers and business partners. We have put in place a number of measures to protect our employees, both for their safety and to ensure the availability of our platform and customer support operations. We are maintaining a business continuity plan and we have taken the following steps: - We have formed an internal Coronavirus Response Team that continues to review our business continuity plan, oversee communications with our employees, customers, and suppliers, and mitigate potential business disruption. - We have recommended that global Algolia employees cancel non-essential travel and work from home. - Employees and managers have been provided with WFH guidelines and training to help us maintain productivity and employee well-being. - As a safety precaution, we have canceled all internal meetups and events through April 30, 2020, as well as our attendance at all upcoming tradeshows & conferences. - We continue to monitor the World Health Organization, Centers of Disease Control (U.S), National Health Service (UK), Le ministère des Solidarités et de la Santé (FR), and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Japan) where we direct employees for the latest information to keep them informed and continue to provide our services to our customers. - We are in contact with our suppliers to make sure they are not expecting service disruptions and mitigate the impact on our business. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership as we navigate through these challenging times. We will continue to evaluate and reiterate our global business continuity plan as needed in order to serve our customers seamlessly.
