Many of our advanced analytics users have shared their ideas of improvements and today, we are pleased to announce two updates on our Analytics Dashboard: - Normalization: starting next week, capitalization for the same word won’t count as different queries anymore. For instance, “gloves” and “Gloves” will now be analyzed as one single query. - Query level click distribution: we are adding the click position distribution graph available on the query level. For example, in the screenshot the query for "polaroid paper" is pretty healthy as the first 2 results receive a substantial amount of clicks. However, the 6th result receives even more clicks than expected. This can be investigated through the most "popular search results", and other advanced search metrics available in our Dashboard.
