We are grateful for you [Aldo] To our worldwide community, As we inch towards the new year, I can't help but to pause and reflect on what 2020 has represented. Although unprecedented and unpredictable every step of the way, what I can say with full certainty is that I am incredibly thankful for you, our community. As a family-run company, we understand the importance of togetherness, the importance of being able to rely on each other, and the importance of being there for one another through the thick and thin. Throughout this entire year, you’ve represented all of that for us, and more, which is why we truly consider you family. Your unwavering love and support is something I won’t ever be fully able to put into words. Believe me when I say that your trust in us is what motivates me daily and is what has kept The Aldo Group moving forward for over 48 years. To our colleagues, partners and associates, I am continuously amazed by your determination, resilience and unwavering efforts, regardless of what stands in our way. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished, all while maintaining our values of love, respect and integrity at the core of everything you do. To all frontline workers, where do we begin? The selflessness and utter dedication you continue to show your communities is unbelievable. You all embody the definition of heroism and we cannot thank you enough! 2020 came with such high expectations; the start of a new decade and the year we all hoped to get everything we wanted. Instead, we learned to be grateful for everything we already have. To our entire community, I am forever grateful that we have you. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Happy Holidays to all of you and your loved ones. We hope that no matter how different this holiday season will look, that you will be able to find joy in the little moments.
