| Hello {NAME}, Next time you?re packing for a trip, you might wonder what?s changed ? what?

[Keeping you safe when you fly.]( | [Web view]( [Alaska®]( Hello {NAME}, Next time you’re packing for a trip, you might wonder what’s changed – what’s the airport like, and what can you expect onboard. With everything going on around us, it’s understandable to have questions, so we’re writing to catch you up. Both of us take safety incredibly seriously – Ben with his maintenance & engineering background and Brad as a long-time general aviation pilot. We’re proud of the industry leadership in flight safety that our teams have worked hard to achieve. And, we’ve extended that focus to all areas of personal health and safety, for this crisis and beyond. We call that [Next-Level Care]( our commitment to keeping you healthy and safe at every step of your journey. Bottom line: You’re safe with us. [This video]( shows how we partnered with medical experts to think through and ensure your safety throughout your entire journey, on the ground and in the air, including: • Requiring face masks to be worn by guests and our own employees; • Giving you extra space on board, and distancing throughout check-in, boarding and deplaning; • Deep and regular cleaning of our aircraft to exceed CDC guidelines, including both physical cleaning using EPA-approved disinfectant and electrostatic spraying as an additional layer of protection; • Revising our onboard service to keep both employees and guests safe; • And as always, providing hospital-grade onboard air filtration to keep air clean, which removes 99.9% of in-air particles including viruses, and refreshes cabin air every couple of minutes. Care is deeply embedded in our culture and spirit at Alaska, and our mantra in the operation is “Ready. Safe. Go”. We don’t go until we know it’s safe, and each of you likely thinks the same way. Our commitment to you is seeing Next-Level Care in everything we do, and knowing you’re safe, every time you fly with us. Thank you for your continued loyalty, and we look forward to seeing you on board soon.
