Here are some highlights: Terms of Service - We've made changes throughout to ensure the terms are clear and informative, and cover all of our products and services. - We've updated our arbitration agreement to be more specific about the procedures for resolving any disputes between Airtable and our customers. Privacy Policy - We’ve made adjustments to better describe how we may collect, use, and disclose your information. - We’ve included new disclosures for privacy rights that are coming into effect in 2023 for Airtable users in several U.S. states (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia). - We’ve added more information about our use of cookies, and how you can manage your cookie preferences, in our new [Cookie Policy](. The updates will take effect on January 1, 2023. If you do not close your Airtable account by January 1, 2023, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
