(Ryan Michalesko/The Dallas Morning News)  Lancaster Kidnapping Man who led police to Lancaster girl's body faces new charge in connection to her kidnapping The man who led police to the bodies of 13-year-old Shavon Randle and 19-year-old Michael Titus at an Oak Cliff house has been [accused of participating in the Lancaster girl's kidnapping](. Desmond Jones, 21, told police that he was present when Shavon was kidnapped and when Titus was killed, according to an arrest warrant affidavit filed Friday. Shavon and Titus were both shot dead. Six people, including Jones, have been arrested in connection to the case, though none has been charged in the deaths. Chief financial officer Elizabeth Reich told Kingston in a memo that he missed too many meetings in the 12 months ending June 19 [and needs to pay the city back $8,160 of his $60,000 salary](. But Kingston told Reich on Friday that he is disputing the city's calculations and doesn't plan to return any money to City Hall.
