(Andy Jacobsohn/The Dallas Morning News)  Baylor University Baylor regent calls students at party 'perverted little tarts,' according to sex assault lawsuit A former Baylor University regent condemned female students at a party [as "perverted little tarts" in emails]( documented in a Title IX lawsuit filed against the school by 10 women who reported being sexually assaulted while attending school there. In the 2009 emails, Neal "Buddy" Jones also calls female students he suspected of underage drinking "the vilest and most despicable of girls." Jones was also part of a recent lawsuit that accused him of of influencing current regents' personnel decisions amid the school's sexual assault scandal, which includes several Title IX lawsuits in addition to the one filed by the 10 women.
