Dallas Fire crews extinguish 4-alarm blaze at produce warehouse
Fire crews extinguished [a large fire at the American Fresh Produce warehouse]( Sunday in South Dallas near Interstate 45.
The fire spread heavy black smoke across the city's skyline and took about 90 firefighters nearly three hours to put it out. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.Â
No injuries were reported.
Meanwhile: Dozens of people gathered in downtown Dallas outside City Hall on Sunday [to voice their opposition to the state's new sanctuary cities law](, which Gov. Greg Abbott signed off on last week.

Don Hill, former Dallas City Council member convicted of bribery, dies
Former Dallas City Council member Don Hill, [whose corruption case became the largest in Dallas history](, died Saturday at 65.
Hill received a diagnosis of Stage 4 prostate cancer two years ago and was granted "compassionate" release from a federal prison in North Carolina on Friday. He had been serving 18 years for bribery after a conviction in 2009.

Boy Scouts to lose 185,000 Mormon members as church starts own program
The ranks of the Boy Scouts of America will soon be shrinking by close to 200,000.Â
On Thursday, the Mormon church, the biggest sponsor of troops in the U.S., said it would be starting its own scouting-like program and [pulling as many as 185,000 older youths from the Irving-based organization](.Â
Saying it wants a new, simplified program of its own that is more closely tailored to Mormon teenagers, the church announced that boys ages 14 to 18 will no longer participate in the Boy Scouts starting next year. The church said the decision will affect 185,000 teens, while the Boy Scouts put the number at 130,000.
