[It's here.]( File/DMN Court-ordered Texas congressional remap could put state's only swing district in play again When federal judges ruled last week that Republican state legislators had deliberately drawn congressional district lines to put minority voters at a disadvantage, they didn't specify what the next steps would be. [District 23, which stretches from El Paso to San Antonio, is one of the few swing districts](. So if the lines shift, it wouldn't take much to turn the district Democratic. And: After a preliminary approval Tuesday night, the [Texas Senate officially passed the bathroom bill](, which would restrict access based on a person's 'biological sex.'
