Julia Robinson / Special Contributor Mark Cuban mocks Trump at SXSW Tech billionaire and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban [mocked President Donald Trump during a speech at South by Southwest]( on Sunday. In a speech about disruptive startups, Cuban said he agrees with some of Trump's conservative economic policies. "But in terms of him personally, he's the Zoolander president," he said, referring to the film starring Ben Stiller about a shallow and narcissistic male model. Jessica Farrar filed a satirical bill last week that would, among other things, impose a $100 fine on Texas men [who commit "unregulated masturbatory emissions."]( The law also requires men to undergo a digital rectal exam to get a vasectomy, a colonoscopy or a Viagra prescription. The Houston Democrat's bill is a parody of a Texas law passed in 2011 that requires women to have a sonogram and hear a detailed description of the fetus before getting an abortion. Rose Baca / The Dallas Morning News Finally, One man's story: Trenton Johnson, a transgender man living in Dallas, [has a tough time navigating the political landscape]( created by the so-called bathroom bill making its way through the state Legislature. Senate Bill 6 would keep transgender men like Trenton from using the men's restroom in places like his nieces' schools and the Texas Capitol building.
