Cooper had 72 receptions for 1,070 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie first-round pick out of Alabama in 2015 and followed that up with 83 catches for 1,153 yards and five scores in 2016. He scored seven TDs in 2017 but caught just 48 passes for 680 yards and so far this season has just 22 catches for 280 yards and one score. Panic move? [Think again — it's illegal.]( Dallas Former Dallas County Schools president Larry Duncan pleads guilty to tax evasion Former Dallas County Schools board president Larry Duncan pleaded guilty Monday morning to one count of tax evasion. In documents filed Monday morning, the former Dallas City Council member [admits to taking $245,000 in campaign contributions from an agency vendor and spending most of that on personal expenses.]( More than $184,000 went toward "car related expenses, cash withdraws, money for Duncan and his wife, and other items which benefited Duncan personally," according to court filings. Duncan, 72, didn't report that money to the Internal Revenue Service. The contributions, from a camera company vendor, date back to 2012. On a single day in October that year, Duncan reported that he received six contributions totaling $35,000, all from Robert Leonard, the New Orleans-based CEO of Force Multiplier Solutions, or his associates.
