Dallas-Fort Worth's hot home market [is attracting more house flippers.](
Last year, the share of D-FW houses bought and flipped by investors jumped by 23 percent — one of the biggest increases in the country, according to analysts at Attom Data Solutions.
The D-FW area had the third-largest increase in the percentage of home flips last year. Buffalo, N.Y. (34 percent) was the fastest-growing flip market, followed by New York-Northern New Jersey (29 percent), D-FW, Louisville, Ky. (22 percent) and Birmingham, Ala. (17 percent).
"The surge in home flipping in the last three years is built on a more fundamentally sound foundation than the flipping frenzy that we witnessed a little more than a decade ago," Daren Blomquist, senior vice president at Attom Data Solutions, said in the report.

Why the Cowboys need to start wheeling and dealing right now, and why they're in the perfect spot to do it
The Super Bowl champion Eagles are on the move. The Giants have stepped into the fray. The Rams are all over the place, acquiring good players, shedding good players.
The desperate Giants began to regroup by landing former Rams captain Alec Ogletree and a seventh-round pick for a four and a six. Moving third-day draft pieces across the table to claim veteran starters is a move every team should make whenever possible.
Opportunities are out there. While division rivals make their moves, the Cowboys are free to join the fight.
