Later in March 2018, we [shared]( our detailed steps on our GDPR policy with regard to legal contract, product and data-level changes. Today, we are happy to announce that we are fully compliant with the GDPR directives including the EU-US Privacy Shield. We also wish to announce that the EU-US Privacy Shield has been applied for and we are awaiting listing. Once done, we will share the same as a part of our documentation. Today, we would like to share more details about gathering consent, its use with relevance to your business and your account with us in addition to important GDPR related updates that require your attention. Consent solutions We have updated our [Cookie Policy]( with details of how we use use cookies to help your website and app experience. We have also updated our general Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy inline with our role as a Data Controller. Your Account with us For customers, we have a different [Terms of service]( and [Privacy Policy]( which is updated with consent and information use details. As a part of of GDPR compliance implementation, we also have a [Data Processing Agreement]( in place that will help you understand our role as a data processor. Recommended action: To combat the question of collecting consent from users across your subdomain, we are making the necessary changes to the admin settings which you can simply use as per your preferences. Integration Partners and third party tools: As you may already know, we offer integration with some popular web apps and tools. Reiterating the GDPR data-level compliance, we wish to state that compliance of those tools you may choose to use should be compliant by themselves. It is requested to please check with such partners for compliance issues. We will not be liable at any level for damages arising out of using partner tools or any other third party tools used along with the Agile CRM app - on website/mobile or on any other device. For reference, you may go through our [Partner Terms](. The GDPR becomes effective on May 25, 2018, for all EU-resident users who are natural persons. Accordingly, all our policies as described above also come into force from the same day. When you visit us or login after the above mentioned date, you will be asked to agree to the aforeset policies as a part of the compliance.
