Hi {NAME}, Happy holidays! Here's a quick update about what's happening behind the scenes. It has been a really busy year. I've been coaching my oldest son's high school squash teams (both the A and B teams). I've been coaching / managing cricket also. Not to mention other sports stuff with my 2nd oldest son (squash), and my younger 2 and their various activities... ...It has been a very busy year! I'm working on a sports coaching app for squash behind the scenes, that's a pro-bono thing, but still takes up time going out and filming and editing videos for it and building into the app. And from a business point of view, we've made a lot of advances in how we build and deploy our custom trained AI tools. And keeping ahead here has lead to significant competitive advantages in most niches that I'm in. In 2024, I plan on doubling down and really enhancing that user experience of any product I have an involvement in. For instance, in the 'Learn Guitar' niche, I re-purchased back a website I had co-founded many years ago. We are just in the middle of giving it a bit of an upgrade. And then when that site is ready, my plans are to add in AI tools that assist musicians in Songwriting. Plus other tools to help them to learn and play guitar by 'ear'. I have many similar plans underway across a wide range of niches where products can be enhanced by including AI-based tools. And in any niche to do with online marketing, I'm looking to build better and better tools all the time to 'do for you' what used to be time consuming. For instance, if you were to buy a product from me that is all about writing salescopy... Then I'd have the custom fine-tuned tools for you, that produces super high quality copywriting, following the methods that work for me. I have a lot going on under the hood, with image-based tools, copywriting type tools, video tools, and more. And the thing that gives me (and you) and advantage, is that the tools I make, I actually make them for me (and my team) to use. So I'm not just making tools that 'might sell well'. I'm making tools that I want to use. And I make sure that I get my team using. Are there any tools you 'wished' existed? Or that you wished 'were better' than they currently are, and if so, in what way? Let me know, you never know, maybe my team and I will build it at some stage. In my next newsletter I plan on revealing what my best performing online business models have been in 2023 and my thoughts about what's going to go well in 2024.
