In today's newsletter: - About a hundred tenants at a Chugiak trailer court are facing eviction over what the city says are conditions too dangerous for people to go on living there. - Alaska housing prices continued to rise rapidly last year, even as higher borrowing costs made them less affordable, according to a new state report. - The House committee tasked with addressing Alaska's fiscal plan hasn't advanced bills referred to it that would levy new taxes or change the PFD structure. But it did advance a bill that would increase spending on home-schooled students by millions.
