Email Preheader Text

When I was working in radio, I was interviewing a lot of successful recording artists.  I was really observing them, asking myself, “what is it about them that made them successful?”  I wanted to know if they knew something that the rest of us didn’t.  For a while, I didn’t see much.  I had to be really patient and really observe their actions.  But overtime, I started to see a core pattern.  And anytime I asked them a question that was related to that pattern…  They always gave me a quick answer.  What was this core pattern?  It was what I call the 4 Dimensions of Excellence.  Think of it like the 4 core pillars that determine how successful someone becomes in their industry.  I had tested this framework with my students at the time.  And it was working very well.  I would get on coaching sessions with my A2S Tribe students…  Talking about the 4 Dimensions of Excellence.  They would feed back to me what dimensions they felt were missing in their life.  As a result, my students were able to get results even faster.  And I know if you start thinking about this framework, you’ll start to see a powerful impact on your life in some way.  So here’s a brief overview of what these 4 dimensions are.  1) Values - if someone asked me, “hey bro, do you want to take heroin with me?” that would be the last thing I ever want to do.  Why? Because it goes against values of mine like growth and contribution.  When you know your values, you know what to say yes to and you know what to say no to.  You know what to commit your time, money and energy to (in a split second).  This is how you make the right decisions in life.  The world will try to distract you from your mission in life but as long as you stick to your values…  You can always get yourself back to the right path.  2) Beliefs - the belief you have within yourself and the beliefs you have about the outside world.  Your mind is the vehicle that runs the show.  Before you are ready for success, your mind must first be ready.  Having a mind filled with negative beliefs is like having a rusty old engine.  Your car won’t go very far, right?  But if your beliefs are strong, then you have a strong engine that can take you far (no matter what challenges you face in life).  3) Habits - very simple. Look at the daily actions you take.  Do they get you closer to your vision?  Or do they pull you away?  Your daily habits + your beliefs will forge the identity and how you see yourself.  So ask yourself in all areas of your life…  “What habits do I need to replace or improve?”  4) Skills - this is very underestimated and overlooked by the personal development industry.  When you read all these personal development books and watch all these videos…  They usually just talk about your beliefs and habits.  But rarely do they ever talk about the skills.  And when I say skills, I don’t mean just acquiring the right skills according to what your vision is.  If you’re a business owner or you want to really scale your coaching business...  Then you can hire the right people with the right skills.  It’s crazy how I see so many people just doing the bare minimum when it comes to the skills part.  But it’s a huge part of personal development.  I had a lot of fun writing this email because I know it’s going to give you a lot of clarity.  The majority of emails I write are based around these 4 Dimensions of Excellence.  It’s been one of the most powerful frameworks I’ve used with all my students for years.  And we’ve only SCRATCHED THE SURFACE!  So now I want to hear from you.  Which one of these 4 areas do you feel you need to improve on?  Your replies may influence future emails which will help everyone here in the A2S Tribe.  Can’t wait to get into it.  Until then, hope you have an amazing rest of the day (or night).  Stay safe and God Bless! . .
