Your destructive state of mind

One of my students who got inside my Influential Coach Program...  Recently said that she was feeling stressed out.  Why? Because she didn’t have a vision for where she wanted to take her coaching business.  And because she didn’t have a vision…  She feels very uncertain for when she is going to start making money from being an online coach.  Which is why she is stressed out.  And the thing about stress is that…  It is a DESTRUCTIVE STATE OF MIND!  When you’re living in destructive states like stress, anxiety and fear…  It’s almost impossible for you to be inspired and fulfill your fullest potential when it comes to creating something.  In order for you to truly be in creation, you need to be in CREATIVE STATES of mind.  Creative states like joy, excitement, inspiration.  But how do you do that?  Well, one of the keys to preventing the destructive state from taking over your mind…  And unlocking the creative state of your mind is simply to attain clarity.  In this case, I talked to her about the importance of getting CLEAR on her finances.  To get clear on her financial budget.  To get clear on how much she is making…  And how much she is keeping after expenses and taxes.  To get clear on how much money she can invest back into her business and into her personal growth.  In terms of your finances…  These are all the crucial points that you want to get clear on.  Because it’s much better to get clear on all these crucial points…  And put yourself into a CREATIVE STATE…  Versus not getting clear on all these crucial points…  And then getting stuck inside DESTRUCTIVE STATES of mind where you’re thinking…  “What if I fail and my business doesn’t work?” “Omg I got bills to pay” “Omg, I got this and that to take care of”  You want to be on your team as much as you can.  And this can only be done by putting yourself inside the CREATIVE STATE!  That way, you won’t have to be a SLAVE to your stress and anxieties…  And you’ll have the peace of mind to move into creativity and inspiration.  IMPORTANT: you’ll never have 100% clarity.  Even today, as I build onto my vision and I’m gaining clarity on what I want to achieve in my future…  As well as how much money I need to save, invest and spend to bring my visions into reality...  I’m still NEVER going to have 100% clarity on what I want and everything that is going to happen.  And I’ve been doing this for over 10 years.  But even if you just take that first step and get clearer on what you want your life to look like…  And what your current financial budget is right now…  As well as how much you can invest into your own mentorship and personal well-being...  You’ll immediately start to notice your stress and anxieties getting smaller.  You’ll immediately become a calmer person throughout the day.  Because it’s not about what you CANNOT control..  It’s about what you CAN control.  There’s no point wasting time and energy worrying about what you can’t control.  So go ahead and take what you’re stressing about…  And ask yourself what you need to have clarity on in order to stop stressing about it.  Whether it's clarity on your finances...  Clarity on what business you want to build or where you want to take it…  Clarity on what kind of people you want to attract into your life...  Or even clarity on a game plan to deal with whatever it is that you're stressing about.  Then write it all out on a sheet of paper that you can see right in front of you.  Hope this helps you today to be in a CREATIVE STATE…  And not the DESTRUCTIVE STATE!  And my dog, Princess Mika…  Hopes that you can be in the CREATIVE STATE today too.   I know princess Mika loves to be in a CREATIVE STATE 24/7.  And that's the thing about dogs.  They don't need to feel as much stress and anxiety that we humans do on the daily…  Because of what's going on in our world.  Dogs are always living in the moment.  And that's why they're almost always happy.  Which is why I practice being present on the daily.  I'll see you soon ;) . .
