Email Preheader Text

The superpower of both The Dalai Lama and Adolf Hitler (and how you can tap into it yourself)  In a previous email I showed you the map of consciousness.   Here’s a brief reminder.  This is used as a measurement for how emotionally fulfilled you are with your life by knowing what emotional frequency you’re in on a day to day basis.  And it’s especially powerful when you combine it with all the areas of your life (which I’ll show you how to do in a minute).  The lowest frequencies are Apathy, Shame and Guilt (these are the most destructive emotions. You cannot fulfill your God-Give mission when you are living in these frequencies).  The highest frequencies are Joy, Love, Peace and even Enlightenment (which is indescribable).   Yesterday, I talked about how important it is to forgive yourself and/or forgive others that you know you need to forgive.  Forgiveness is one way you bring up your daily emotional frequency.  But generally, the more stories, wounds, attachments you have that bring you down to shame and guilt, the lower you will go in your daily emotional frequency.  And it gets very scary for a human being to stay at the bottom frequencies for a very long time.  This is how people like Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin are created.  You look at a purely evil guy like Adolf Hitler who killed millions of people and you can’t help but to question what was going through his mind.  While this email is about to get a bit dark, I’m also going to show you how the power that Hitler used to influence mass genocide is the same power (that is within all of us) that is also being used to influence global change for the better.   And how you can tap into this power to attract the right people into your life so you can start accelerating the global change you want to make.  Because the scary truth is that Adolf Hitler is human just like us.  And the map of consciousness shows that each and every single one of us is actually capable of doing the same thing he did.  Again, very scary stuff.  There was no way that Hitler was in the practice of Joy, Love and Reason.  He wasn’t even at Acceptance, Willingness or Neutrality.  At most, he was probably operating around Courage.  But this wasn’t aspirational courage. This was a very DARK form of courage.  Because for most of his life, he was at Shame, Guilt, Fear, Apathy.   Hitler had the conviction that he was put on Earth to wipe out an entire race.  It started with his intense OCD as a child where he would scrub everything because he hated everything that was dirty.  He eventually hated insects, rats and mice, anything that had an unhygienic appearance to it and wanted to just wipe them out.  Hitler even referred to the Jews as “bugs, rats and vermin”.  In his mind, he had spent years convincing himself that this was true and that they needed to be wiped out.  This is a prime example of how we tell ourselves stories and how stories form into strong beliefs.  And then those beliefs create emotional frequencies (whether they are high emotions like Peace, Joy, Love).  Or they are low emotions (Guilt, Shame and Apathy).  Like I’ve said in a past email…  Whatever emotional frequency that you put out will influence the emotional frequency of other people.  Hitler was able to emotionally influence millions of people to commit an act of violence just because he didn’t like it.  Obviously, that’s just not good enough and yet, people still bought it.  And it just goes to show how powerful your daily emotional frequency can really be.  The emotional frequency that you show up in most often will influence the frequencies of others.  So the same power that Hitler had that influenced millions of people to commit acts of violence…  Is the same power we all have to create (and even ACCELERATE) positive change and Global impact in the world.  It’s how an industry-leading coach like Tony Robbins can go up on a stage and inspire millions of people around the world to become leaders of their own.  It’s how someone like the Dalai Lama can influence a mass of people to find inner peace within themselves (without needing a Ferrari or a mansion, etc).  My mission has always been to raise the daily emotional frequencies of people around the world.  Imagine collaborating and attracting people who operate their life in Joy, Love, Reason.  It’s insane what it does to your growth when you surround yourself with people with such high frequencies.  Especially when society in general is designed in a way where most people just stay at a NEUTRAL level.  As much as there are negative examples like Hitler (Apathy, Guilt, Shame), there are also the positive examples like the Dalai Lama (Peace, Joy, Love).  So how do you increase your daily emotional frequency?  Well the first step is to look at the 8 areas of your life.  Business/Career Finances Health Romance Physical Environment Fun + Adventure Self Development Family + Friends  Then for each of these 8 areas of your life, ask yourself these three questions:  1) What daily emotional frequency are you on with each of those areas? (refer to the picture above)  2) Are your daily habits taking you to a higher frequency or a lower frequency?  Example: for your Health, look at the foods you’re eating on the daily.  Are they making you feel more Joy or are you feeling some form of guilt (beating yourself up) for what you eat?  Or maybe you’re just neutral but you want to feel better about what you eat.  3) And then finally, what daily habits do you need to change in order to raise your emotional frequency in that area of your life?   I do exercises like this regularly so I know where I’m at.  Because you get to experience more Love, Peace and Joy in your life.  If you’re not satisfied with your current emotional reality, then you get to do some growth work on that.  So I hope this email is super valuable for you (make sure you save this email somewhere in a folder so you can go back to it).  And if you found value in this email, feel free to share this to people you know could vibe with this too.  If they want to join my email list and receive emails from me daily, then what you can do is send me their email address and I’ll add them to the A2S Tribe manually.  See you tomorrow.
