Hey Tribe.  What do you think separates the bottom 90% of people who never achieve their desires…  And the top 10% of top performers, millionaires and leaders that people look up to…  Who are living a life of abundance and fulfillment on the daily?  I'll give you some hints.  It has less to do with how lucky or how smart you are.  In fact, this is something that my business partner and great friend, Ray Pang figured out on his entrepreneurial journey.  Ray is the co-owner of Speaker Agency, which has become Australia's leading marketing and sales force for online coaches, speakers and thought leaders who want to dominate their industry.  The craziest part is that he had achieved all of this while gaining a global team of over 30 members in just one year.  And during his journey he was able to see what really separates the top 10% versus the bottom 90% of the world.  It was the ability to get Comfortable with the Uncomfortable   This picture above was taken from a call we did inside the A2S Academy  Here's a short life-defining summary of what he said.  The more pain you’ll have, the more success you’ll see.  The more frustration you have, the more fulfilled you will be. .  And the more triggered you are, the higher your awareness.  See, society has indoctrinated all of us to be comfortable.  The system is set up in a way that incentivizes you to be an employee.  Why? - because the elites need employees.  If everyone went around building their own businesses…  Or knowing what it took to build wealth…  Then the elites wouldn't have enough employees.  This is why the school system is designed not to teach you how to succeed as a CREATOR, innovator or Entrepreneur.  It only teaches you to be an employee and follow orders.  "I'm not good enough" "Failures and mistakes are bad" "I'm too old/short/ugly/fat/this or that to go for my dreams"  Where do all of these negative beliefs come from?  Did you have them when you were a child?  Nope. Your negative beliefs were programmed into your mind by society.  If you believe that failures and mistakes are bad…  It's probably because the school system punished you when you failed a test.  So that FORCED you to think that you needed to be perfect before you took action.   But the top performers of the world think the opposite.  Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before his lightbulb invention worked.   Michael Jordan got kicked out of his high school basketball team.   Walt Disney was fired from a newspaper for "lacking imagination" and "having no original ideas".  The top performers of the world do not see failure as failure.  They see failure as a stepping stone to success.  But failure is uncomfortable.  And in yesterday's email, I talked about one of my biggest growth moments…  When I had to change my speech just 10 minutes before I went up on stage.  And it's because it was super UNCOMFORTABLE that I had GROWN as a person and as an Influential Coach.  Society teaches you to be comfortable.  But there is NO GROWTH inside the comfort zone.  Which is why, in tomorrow's email, I'm gonna share with you the "Belief Cycle" that allows me, Ray and the top performers of the world…  To get Comfortable with the Uncomfortable CONSISTENTLY.  Because this is the key to an amazing and fulfilling life.  A life that you are proud to live and a life that inspires your loved ones and your coaching clients to level up.  Other than that, hope you have an amazing rest of your day (or night).   Me and my good friend, Emile Steenveld were showing the coaches inside the influential coach program how to step into their forgiveness.  Because there is no room for resentment in the heart of an industry-leading coach.  Transform YOURSELF before you decide to transform others. . . P.S. I'm looking for at least 10 more aspiring online coaches who want to get rid of their imposter syndrome…  And have the million dollar tools, mindset and network access that you need to become an Industry-Leading coach.  So if you're interested to have a chance to get in, then just reply to this email with the word "Transform" and we'll see if we can work together. Joel "Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable" Brown Founder ‚     ELEVATE YOUR MIND. AMPLIFY YOUR INFLUENCE. TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
