The RAS Method To Your Success-Based Beliefs

I’m going to do something different in this email.  I’m going to play a game with you.  If you participate, you’ll understand how beliefs are created in your mind in REAL TIME…  You’ll have greater clarity on how to create the beliefs that serve you towards your vision…  And you’ll know how to have power over the beliefs that pull you away from them.  Here’s how it works.  I want you to look around your room or wherever you are right now as you’re reading this email…  And I want you to find and count as many objects as you can that have the colour yellow.  I’m gonna do the same and I’ll give you 30 seconds.  Ready? Annddd go.  ………….  Alright, how did you do?  How many objects did you find with the colour yellow?  Maybe you were surprised that you saw more yellow objects than you expected.  Maybe you didn’t see too many yellow objects.   Regardless, what you just did was use your Reticular Activating System (RAS for short).  What is the Reticular Activating System?  It’s the part of your brain that focuses on what you believe is most important to you.  When we played the game of finding as many yellow objects…  You started to see more yellow objects around you that you never noticed before.  Why? - Because finding the yellow objects was important to you at that moment.  And this is the key to building success-based beliefs.  After talking with the world class coaches and the most confident leaders in the world…  It’s safe to say that the key to building true, long-lasting confidence boils down to just ONE TRUTH:  Every belief you have, good or bad, is looking for PROOF to make itself stronger.   In other words, every single belief you have DETERMINES what you FOCUS on.  If you think that you’re:  “Not smart enough” “Good looking enough” “Not worthy enough to be a coach” “Not worthy enough to make content”  Then your brain will only look for PROOF to prove that those beliefs are true.  But the same is also true when you believe in how amazing you really are…  Or how you’re not even close to tapping into your full God-Given potential yet.  Inside the A2S Mastermind last week, we talked about building a SPIDERWEB OF PROOF for my beliefs!  In fact, here’s a sneak peak…   Because the more proof you find that supports your success-based beliefs, the stronger they become.  You can find proof through other people… From the actions that you take… And what you accomplish  I can talk with TOTAL CONVICTION when it comes to business, coaching and of course, the word of God…  Because I’ve built a SPIDERWEB OF PROOF for my beliefs in all those areas.  Every time someone challenges me in those areas…  My beliefs just get stronger and stronger every time.  Imagine how much more you will achieve in your life if your success beliefs get STRONGER every time it’s being challenged.  That’s where I want you to be.  And the best way to do that is to first get a DIAGNOSIS of all the limiting beliefs that you’re not seeing…  Then building a CUSTOM game plan to eliminate them.  I do 1:1 sessions in a LIVE setting almost every week with my students inside the Mastermind.  [So if you want to join the A2S Mastermind Tribe inside and get a face to face custom game plan from me LIVE, then here’s the link to join.  Â](  Another day where your negative beliefs are holding you back from truly manifesting your dreams…  Is another day that you won’t get back.  That being said, look out for tomorrow’s email.  I’m going to be talking about why you DON’T just have one passion in life.  I believe we all have MULTIPLE passions.  And I’m going to dive into how you can start exploring these passions to find your UNWAVERING, DEFINITE PURPOSE.  Until then, I’ll chat with you soon.  Heading off to the beach later on with my princess dog, Mika.  Can’t wait XD . .
