What’s stopping you from being a leader?

Your Negative Beliefs are like onions.    There’s multiple layers to them.  And the more you peel back the layers of your negative beliefs…  The more you are FREE to live out your fullest God-Given potential.  Whether that’s becoming a transformational coach who can lead others…  Or fully expressing your full personality despite what others think about you…  Or becoming a leader that your loved ones and your community can rely on in times of crisis.  Here’s an example.  Let’s say you’re the kind of person who likes to be playful with others.  But there was one moment in time when you were being playful…  And teachers or friends you had in the past did not approve of your playful side.  So you decide to hide it away.  And because you’ve hidden away this playful side of yourself…  You start to lose that part of yourself over time.  Years go by and you’ve almost fully suppressed that playful side of yourself.  Deep down inside, you know you’re not showing the world who you truly are.  Now, let’s say you see someone who is playful.  But that person shows off their playful personality towards others.  And what usually happens in this scenario is that…  You either start to develop resentment towards this playful person…  Or you develop a deep sadness with yourself.   Why? - Because that person is showing off parts of yourself that you’ve hidden from the world.  It’s like a bird who is locked in a cage seeing another bird fly around in the endless sky.  It’s only normal that the bird in the cage would start to resent that bird who is free.  This is why there are so many people who love to write hate comments online.  The hate comments say a lot more about the person hating than it does about who they hate.  No one who is truly free and happy with themselves would ever hate another person.  Now, with that said, it’s totally normal for you to feel resentment towards a person…  Or sadness towards yourself if you see that person expressing a part of yourself that you’ve hidden away…  For fear of being rejected by others.  However, in this situation, you have one of two choices you can make.  And what choice you make will determine how much of a leader you become.  One. You could continue to feel bad for yourself and resent that person…  Or two.
