When I say DEAD-END, what I mean is that… Your business is emotionally and spiritually DRAINING you on the daily.  Instead of jumping out of bed to run your business…  Your business makes you just want to stay underneath the bed sheets.  I've worked with many people only to discover that they were building businesses just to make money...  Not because it aligns with their highest values.  And whenever you build things just to make money…  It almost always leads to a DEAD-END emotionally and spiritually.  After interviewing hundreds of the most successful people of the world…  I started to see the pattern of how they were able to not just build a business…  But build businesses that they LOVE and that they can SUSTAIN in the long term.  And the pattern that I saw was that…  They had built their businesses off of their HIGHEST VALUES.  The ones who fail to align their business with their highest values...  Usually make some money in the short term.  But in the long term, they can't sustain the success that they got.  Why? - because their business was never FULFILLING to them in the first place.  They thought “If I make more money, then I’ll be happy”.  But once they made that money, they still felt the same way as before they had made the money.  They still felt within their heart that something was missing.  So what do many of them do?  They try to chase even more money…  Thinking that more money is going to give them more happiness.  It's like they’re chasing this elusive rabbit.  Then once they catch this rabbit, they find out that it’s not actually what they wanted.  And they think, “oh, I gotta catch 10 more rabbits, then I’ll be happy”.  I had a student named Lindsey who I had helped discover her highest values.  Her highest values were Harmony, Wisdom and Authenticity.  And when she knew what her highest values were…  She started to gain clarity on what kind of a brand she wanted to build.  And because she’s running her brand based off of her highest values…  She won't be wasting time, running around in circles…  Chasing money and then not feeling fulfilled with her business.  Lindsey can run her business from a place of INSPIRATION.  She's like a solar panel where she's putting energy into her business…  And the business is also feeding energy back to her.  Which makes the business 10x easier to sustain because she’s running it from a place of INSPIRATION.  Aligning your business with your values is NON-NEGOTIABLE.  Otherwise, your business will hit a DEAD-END, emotionally, spiritually and then financially.  And even worse, you’ll easily burn yourself out.  You’ll feel like you have to PUSH yourself to run your business.  But when you align your business with your highest values…  You won’t have to PUSH yourself as hard because you’ll be PULLED to grow your business instead.  Oh, and even if you don’t have a business right now…  This also applies to your career.  If your career is not PULLING you and instead you have to PUSH yourself to work harder…  Then that’s not a career that’s sustainable (especially during these tough times).  And this is why so many people I talk to have dreams of becoming an online coach…  And not just any random coach…  But a full-time, respected online coach that is making a difference in their niche...  Especially today when it just makes sense to go online due to COVID.  Now what if you’re like the many coaches out there…  Who have no idea what niche you even want to be in…  Or what niche would be most profitable for your unique gifts?  Well if this is a question that you have…  Then make sure to look out for the upcoming emails where I’ll be diving into how you can find your NICHE OF INFLUENCE!  It’s a niche where you can attain the most influence according to your unique gifts as an online coach.  So I’ll be diving into this topic.  Now, before I end this email off, I am curious.  What are some of your highest values in your life?  It’d be amazing if you replied to this email and shared it with me.  I’d love to see your answers.  Until then, I’ll talk to you soon :) . . .
