When's the last time that you felt so alive that you just didn't want that experience to end? For so

When's the last time that you felt so alive that you just didn't want that experience to end? For some of us, it could be a family vacation where you guys all went out camping on the woods... roasting some marshmallows on a bonfire as you tell stories under a night full of stars. Or, it could just be a simple little date that turned into a daring overnight adventure with someone you met from a bar. Whatever it is, I want you to think back and remember how FREE you felt. I want you to remember how authentic you were when it was just YOU being you. You weren't trying to impress anyone, you didn't feel judged, you didn't pretend to be someone you're not. And because of that, all of you were just having a great time. The sad part is that people don't know how to be authentic to everyone. They only become authentic to themselves when they're with certain types of people. AND THAT'S A BIG PROBLEM. When you struggle with being "authentic"... You're not really struggling because you don't know how to be authentic. It's just like sleep. When you're struggling to sleep, it's not because you don't know how to sleep... It's because something is STOPPING you from having a good night's rest. There's a DEEPER reason behind it... And I'm about to share it with your right now. The real reason why you're struggling with authenticity is because you're seeking validation. You're focusing on IMPRESSING instead of CONNECTING with people. And the reason you tend to do that whether you're aware of it or not... Is because you don't see people as equal beings. And when you have this mental "scale" of people where you rank them on a ladder from 1-100 instead of seeing everyone as EQUALS... You'll never be able to enjoy life in the moment. Why? – Well, because you'll keep going up and down a ladder that only exists in your own mind. Well the truth is, YOU'RE ENOUGH and I'M ENOUGH. People don't really care if your poor or rich, if you look like Tom Cruise or Kendall Jenner... You know what people really care about? People who are BEING REAL. People who really speak their minds truthfully instead of people who speak of what others want to hear. The truth is that people do want to be friends with you. But only if you don't judge them, and more than that... You don't judge yourself. The key to becoming truly authentic, is not by focusing on "how to be authentic" It's simply understanding that everyone is neither above you, or below you. That's all I got for you today. Talk soon . . . . [Joel Brown](mailto:info@addicted2success.com) Sincerely, Joel Brown info@addicted2success.com P.S Hang on. If you've replied "BALI" on my last email, please hang on. I'm kinda busy here riding camels on Morocco and there's literally so many applications that I'm having a hard time getting back to all of you. The good news is that I'll be sending you more details probably by tomorrow. Have an awesome day :) PO BOX 6079 Vermont South VIC 3133 AUSTRALIA [Unsubscribe]( | [Change Subscriber Options](
