[Image] Stress is a killer! This picture above is a true representation of how I feel now but it was not always like that. 8 years ago I used to work in sales for a corporate company. I was not aligned with my values and I had no solid vision for my future. I would overdose on 5 double shot coffees a day so I could hit my sales targets and money was my only motivation. In a matter of months I was killing it in the company and received several promotions but my body, soul and mind were taking a hit. I was FORCING myself through desperation and was not truly aligned with what Inspired me most. I would work over time at the gym to look more muscular because I felt like that would help me to feel more happy in my life and I would take pre-workouts because I was drained by the coffee squeeze throughout the day. This in turn was affecting my sleep, my happiness, my peace and my performance. I was experiencing heart palpitations, scattered thoughts and terrible sleep. The doctor even prescribed me anti-depressants to aid the anxiety and I almost took them. I had to take a real look at myself and ask myself “Is my life really in order?” The truth is that EVERYTHING IS TOUCHING EVERYTHING. So when you are not aligned and in flow you are swimming against the tide. When I realized I was in desperation and not inspiration I set out on a mission to identify my top 3 values and cast a vision with a game plan to live in my values as often as possible. When you are operating out of what you value most, the most powerful part of your brain lights up to aid you in executing in your craft (for real!). When you are in order and flow the floodgates of greatness will open in your life. The question to ask yourself today is: What are you forcing that’s costing you your happiness and harmony in life? NEW PODCAST! [Ben Kelly & Joel Brown - Komodo Islands] A few weeks back I spent some good quality time travelling throughout the Komodo Islands of Flores in Indonesia with Ben Kelly [(You can check my Instagram for all the pics and vids of this epic adventure)](. Ben Kelly is a Millionaire Entrepreneur, Speaker, Trainer and Investor and not only is Ben all of this and more, he is a funny and down to earth guy who happens to live in the same Villa in Bali with [Emile Steenveeld]( and I. Ben and I have so many insightful conversations that are jam packed with value so I decided to get Ben on the Addicted2Success podcast this week to share his powerful principles with you for Rapid Transformation. Ben was a financially crippled bricklayer with large debt along with a debilitating mindset and low self worth as he struggled for purpose with a feeling of very little hope of a better life. However, Ben managed to turn that around in 2 short years through a strong desire to learn, grow and apply all that he learned in facing his fears and identity attachments that held him back. Ben is now a millionaire, he travels the world speaking on stages serving tens of thousands of people and he lives a life of true abundance and loves teaching others how to do the same. I asked Ben to go all in on this episode and share his principles with you so you too can transform your life at a rapid pace. Don't miss this episode.
