For his entire career, my dad has worked hard to make a difference — a real difference — in people’s lives. [Adam Schiff for Senate]( Hey {NAME}, it’s Lexi, Adam’s daughter! [Adam, Eve and Lexi posing for a photo]( As a young woman living in the United States, I am keenly aware of the challenges my generation faces. The cost of renting apartments keeps going up and buying a house seems out of reach for so many families. We’ve seen the far-right Supreme Court strip us of reproductive rights and block President Biden’s plan to cancel student loan debt. Our climate is getting worse. Too many Americans lack access to clean air and clean drinking water. And one entire political party seems more focused on supporting Donald Trump than American democracy. It’s tough out here — and as a young person, sometimes I feel like politicians don’t really care about people in my generation. But my dad is different. And I’m not just saying that because he’s my dad. For his entire career, my dad has worked hard to make a difference — a real difference — in people’s lives. Whether it was getting new textbooks for schools in California as a State Senator or securing funding for affordable housing in Congress, he listens to people’s problems and concerns and does something about them. It’s why he supports Medicare for All. It’s why he supports the Green New Deal. It’s why he supports reforming the Supreme Court, protecting our democracy, and keeping Trump the hell away from the White House. I know my dad will be a fantastic U.S. Senator for all Californians — young, old, and everywhere in between. [He has a big fundraising deadline coming up at the end of the year, and I’m hoping that you’ll pitch in to his work to build a better future for me, my brother, and all young people in this country.]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [EXPRESS DONATE $3]( [EXPRESS DONATE $10]( [EXPRESS DONATE $25]( [EXPRESS DONATE $50]( [EXPRESS DONATE $100]( [ANOTHER AMOUNT]( Thanks so much for supporting my dad. I know he’s going to work to make our country a better, safer, cleaner, kinder place for everyone, and it means so much to my brother and me that you support him in this work.
