I wanted you to hear it from me first – if Dianne Feinstein decides not to seek reelection as California’s U.S. Senator, I’m all in for Adam Schiff. And I’ll be endorsing him for U.S. Senate. [Adam Schiff for Senate]( Friend — I wanted you to hear it from me first – if Dianne Feinstein decides not to seek reelection as California’s U.S. Senator, I’m all in for Adam Schiff. And I’ll be endorsing him for U.S. Senate. [That’s why I’m asking you to join me in being a Founding Member of Team Schiff, and chip in $10 to his campaign right now.]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [EXPRESS DONATE $10]( [EXPRESS DONATE $25]( [EXPRESS DONATE $50]( [EXPRESS DONATE $100]( [EXPRESS DONATE $250]( [ANOTHER AMOUNT]( Before I go on about Adam, I want to take a few moments to recognize and tell you about the great leadership of California’s iconic Senator Dianne Feinstein. For years, California has had a champion for Democracy in Senator Feinstein. She has fought against the far-right and for working families. Since her election to the Senate in 1992, Senator Feinstein has achieved a remarkable legislative record, always delivering for California and forcefully honoring her oath to protect and defend. Notable among her achievements is the enactment of the Assault Weapons Ban in 1994, the first of many personal and national security measures in her long career. As Chair of the Intelligence Committee, Senator Feinstein has been a leader in strengthening our national security. As a top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, she secured the passage of the Violence Against Women Act and the Respect For Marriage Act, and promoted justice and safety in our communities. She is now again taking the lead on banning assault weapons. Senator Feinstein’s record continues to be one of the finest in the United States Senate. America is at a crossroads. We can continue to lift our communities, strengthen our economy and defend our Democracy — or let Republicans roll back our progress, threaten our freedoms and give tax breaks to the wealthy special interests. In 2024, the fight for America’s future is on the ballot. [If Senator Feinstein decides not to run, I will be supporting Adam Schiff, who knows well the nexus between a strong Democracy and a strong economy. And I ask that you join me.]( In his service in the House, Adam has focused on strengthening our Democracy with justice and on building an economy that works for all. Ever since I supported Adam in his race for Congress in 2000, I have known his commitment to putting the American Dream in place for everyone. Adam has dedicated his life to public service. Every time I have asked Adam to take on the tough fight against extremist forces, he has responded with integrity, strength and success. In the Senate, Adam Schiff would be effective from the start in putting People Over Politics and advancing an economy that works safely and for everyone. [That’s why I’m asking you to join me today in supporting Adam Schiff, and being a Founding Member of his campaign. Can you chip in $10, or whatever you find meaningful, to his campaign right now:]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [EXPRESS DONATE $10]( [EXPRESS DONATE $25]( [EXPRESS DONATE $50]( [EXPRESS DONATE $100]( [EXPRESS DONATE $250]( [ANOTHER AMOUNT]( Thank you for all you do.
