Team, With the Republican National Convention going on this week in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I thought

[Adam Schiff for Senate]( Team, With the Republican National Convention going on this week in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I thought now would be a good time to check in on the former RNC finance chair and current Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy. A federal judge ruled that DeJoy's changes to the U.S. Postal Service before the 2020 election harmed mail delivery and impeded voting by mail at the height of the pandemic. Now this Trump appointee is poised to be running the mail during the upcoming presidential election. Again. [If you’re ready to join me in calling on President Biden to submit his nominees for the USPS Board of Governors to the Senate for confirmation so we can replace DeJoy, then add your name to my petition today. DeJoy’s stunning controversies and conflicts of interest make him unfit to lead the Postal Service.]( [ADD YOUR NAME]( Before accepting Trump’s nomination, DeJoy spent years raising and contributing millions to Republican candidates as the RNC finance chair. He has been the subject of an FBI investigation into an alleged straw donor scheme for Republican candidates, where he would award bonuses as kickbacks for political donations. Democrats even had to step in and stop him from purchasing 90% gasoline-powered vehicles instead of moving to a green fleet. I mean, come on. DeJoy is poised to run the Postal Service during another presidential election, where the guy who gave him the job and then incited a violent insurrection when he lost is threatening to deny the results if he loses. [President Biden needs to move with haste to submit his nominees for the two USPS Board of Governors vacancies to the Senate so they can replace DeJoy. He is unfit to serve as Postmaster General, plain and simple.]( [STOP DEJOY]( I know this isn’t the typical message you are hearing during the RNC this week, but it’s important that we not lose sight of the critical role of vote-by-mail, and the need to take action. We cannot risk another election with DeJoy at the helm. Thanks, Adam [Adam Schiff for Senate Banner; text Schiff to 724433]( [DONATE WEEKLY]( 135 E.
