[Acuity Scheduling] JUNE 2017 There is something about warmer weather that makes you want to wear all the bold colors, and let yourself be seen, isn’t there? WELL. We certainly feel that way. And that’s why we’re excited to share some new personalization features with you this month! Give your admin console a facelift. (Looking good starts on the inside after all.) We’ve added several new, bright summer-fun color options for you to try on. Located under [My Account](, play around and have some fun choosing your new look-at-me admin colors. A picture is worth a thousand words. Or in your case? A thousand new clients (give or take). Our new photo feature allows you to upload pictures next to your appointment types and calendars on your client’s scheduling page. Let your clients know who they’re working with by adding a picture of your staff, or spice up your appointment list by offering a little peek into the operation. (Head to [Settings]( to add a picture for your calendars. To set a picture for your appointment types, just edit the appointment type you’d like the picture to be associated with.) June, we’re awfully font of you. Font customization is HERE, folks! Put your best (font) face forward by heading to your Client’s Scheduling Page → [Customize Appearance.]( Sometimes when you look a gift-horse in the mouth, the horse actually listens! You can now offer [gift certificates and packages]( as a dollar amount (dolla dolla bills, y’all!) that can be applied across different services. Your clients are no longer bound by number of appointments or minutes, and you? You look like a badass. Buy Reschedule in bulk You ever have that client (lookin’ at you, Sally) who has a recurring appointment with you, but constantly ends up needing to change their date or time going forward into eternity? We’ve got you, boo. [Bulk rescheduling]( lets you reschedule multiple appointments at once by changing the date and/or time under a client’s history. Take that Sally. Woo hoo! Acuity + Infusionsoft + Mocknick Apps = LOVE We’ve always had a thing for Infusionsoft, and starting this summer the heat is on thanks to [Mocknick Apps](. Mocknick Apps, a 3rd party developer, brings the salt to our margarita [by creating Scheduler Link](. With Scheduler Link, it’s now easier than ever to connect Acuity with Infusionsoft. And this? Means you can kick back with a frozen while Scheduler Link does all the heavy (lime) lifting 😉. Up close and personnel We couldn’t sit back and let you have all the fun this month. As part of our own bold, bright summer, we’ve added some fresh faces of our own (ten to be precise) and can’t wait any longer to show them off: On the Dev Team we’ve got Ioannis and Brian flexing their tech muscles (ooh la la)! And on Team Support, Betty, Abbye, Kristl, Jamal, Jane, Megan, Fortecia, and Kinsey are on board waiting to give you all the good Summertime feels (and Fall, and Winter, and Spring, and….) We hope you have #allthefun putting your bold colors, fresh fonts, and slamming hot pics on your Acuity account this month. And in the meantime, we’ll be over here, practicing our fireworks dance for July. Cheers & Hoorays!
