Dubbed CVE-2021-44228 or simply Log4Shell, this vulnerability exposes countless servers to attackers, who can hijack them to run arbitrary code with relative ease. It could be the most significant security threat we’ve seen in years, causing the number of global exploitation attempts to grow 300 times just over one weekend. Last time we saw such growth rates was during the WannaCry attack. Join us on Thursday, 16 December 2021 at 15:00 CET, 9:00 a.m. EST for a special webinar as we explore what Log4Shell means for your organization. We’ll cover topics including: - Exactly what the Log4Shell vulnerability is and why it is so dangerous - How cybercriminals are already using it to inject malware into business applications and services - The types of attacks and damage those malware injections can effect - The steps you need to take today to protect yourself and your clients against it - How to plan for and defend against other potential threats like it Acronis solutions appear to be largely unaffected at this time, though users are encouraged to read our [security advisory]() for further details. Our cyber protection experts will also share what Acronis did to protect itself, its partners and customer from log4j, and will take live audience questions. Register now to reserve your seat, and don’t forget to bring your questions. We look forward to seeing you! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
