Steamy Kitchen Update

  Hello {NAME}, Happy Wednesday to you! Whew. Yesterday was a doozy. Steamy Kitchen website was up 'n down for most of the day! After 8 hours, we finally figured out what went wrong and got it fixed. I say "we" - but I really mean my wonder woman web developer, DeAnna, and the super-smart engineers at my website host. Me? Well, Duke and I were in St. George, Utah on an all-day, social distancing and cell-phone distancing hike. I'm not a techie person, so I just let the experts do their thing. Normally, I'm a control freak. (ok, ok, I *still* am) What this coronavirus fiasco has taught me was to try not to stress much about things that I cannot control. So being in nature, away from cell reception, was the best thing I could do for my own well-being. If you were trying to access the site yesterday and got error messages, I apologize and I thank you for your patience. The website is in good hands now - we've hired a new web host company and got a brand spankin' new server that's monitored 24/7 with all the bells 'n whistles. HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE Have you every tried Hainanese Chicken Rice? It is gently poached chicken with amazingly aromatic rice (cooked with the chicken stock), delicate soup, fiery chili sauce and eat-with-everything ginger-garlic dipping sauce.
